Tempra 29 Steiebel Eltron Electric Tankless Water Heater

Last night I mounted my new water heater to prepare for the plumbers who are coming today at 1 to run the water lines and wire it. You can see how much space we are going to save by converting to a tankless system. We're going from a traditional 40 gallon tank, to a 21" x 14" box that hangs on our wall.

To mount it I had to take the cover off of the unit, so I took the opportunity to photograph the inside of it.

I'll write another post tonight or tomorrow once it is hooked up and review how well it works, whether it gives enough water, etc. I'll also post pictures of the utility room without the water tank.
