We are now 4 hours into day 9 of the power outage. Patience is wearing
thin among tenants who have been unable to work for over an entire
week. Duke Energy called at 11:00 AM this morning and stated they
would be out within an hour to access and fix the problem. That of
course, was 5.5 hours ago. No Duke truck has been here.
Allow me to show you what needed to be done to fix our building, so
you can understand the complexity of this issue and why it
hasn't been fixed.

Literally, all that needs to happen is those long white fuses need to be
pushed back into place to form the pretty triangle you see in photo
one. That's it.
Now you know why we haven't had power for 196 hours.
